Advisory Council to the Office of Library Development and Services files, 1968-1990.

Prior to 1984, it was known as the Advisory Council to the Office of Public Libraries and Interlibrary Cooperation. The council advises the Office on the planning, development and evaluation of effective library service programs for all persons in the state of Minnesota and provided by all types of libraries which participate in federally funded programs under the Library Services and Construction Act and/or state funded programs for public library service and interlibrary cooperation. The files are comprised of membership lists (1968-1984), the 1973 annual report, and minutes and agenda packets (1970, 1973-1990). The latter are incomplete in the early years.
